COVID-19 - WNAT Updates as at 19.03.2020

WNAT  School Measures for Closure on 20th March 2020

In Boris Johnson’s update on 18th Marcg 2020, he has informed us that schools will close for all pupils who are not ‘vulnerable’, or children of ‘key worker’ families at the end of Friday 20th March.

Individual school within the trust  will be in touch with parents/carers directly who are meeting the government's definition of vulnerable. More guidance on what key worker families will be released later today. At this point the schools will contact all parents via email/phone to request this information. A prompt response Friday will be required to help our schools plan for following weeks.

We are also awaiting further guidance from the government regarding how provision for free school meals will continue. If this affects you, our schools  will be in touch directly when they have further information.

if you have any safeguarding concerns or require help for any of our students across the trust, please make contact via the individual school’s email address or safeguarding team. Their details can be found on the website.

Our teachers have been preparing to provide work online for many days now, all students will be able to access this work. If you are unable to do this please contact the school and they will be able to help.

Further updates, will be released as and when they become available.

Many thanks for your co-operation during this challenging time.
