West Norfolk Academies Trust  is focused on maximising the education of the young people in West Norfolk.  Our schools are friendly yet focused, with a clear improvement strategy for continuing to raise attainment and we are working towards becoming ‘good’ schools and then ultimately ‘outstanding’, trust wide.

The West Norfolk Academies Trust offers:

  •  The opportunity to work and progress across a family of schools in West Norfolk;
  • The support and expertise of outstanding faculties across the Trust;
  • A full and detailed support programme for those new to the profession as well as for middle and senior leaders;
  • Preparation for the future promotion and responsibilities within the Trust for ambitious, creative and dynamic colleagues.

We are looking for inspirational teachers and staff to help develop the schools within the trust further as we move to the next exciting phase.
