A rewilding initiative at one of our schools in King’s Lynn got off to a successful start when staff, parents and student volunteers joined forces to plant over 400 saplings.

Our six primary schools got together to commemorate Remembrance Day at a performance in front of an audience that included several war veterans.
Two of our students and headteacher Mrs Gibbins represented Smithdon High School when they laid a wreath at Hunstanton Cenotaph as part of the town’s Remembrance Service held on Sunday.
The trust has been named as a finalist in the National School Awards which is taking place at the Palace of Westminster on 1st December, when the winning trusts will be announced.
‘Monasticism’, ‘circumlocution’, ‘obstreperous’, and ‘paraphernalia’ were just a few of the words successfully mastered by eight students who made it through to the final of The West Norfolk Academies Trust Spelling Bee.
